What the cases show
Casino Guru documents an Australian complaint involving a roughly A$70,000 win, inconsistent verification status and a delay; the case was later marked resolved. AskGamblers documents a separate $6,000 complaint involving a failed bank-transfer route, Skrill instalments and a resolved closure.
Resolved does not mean instant or frictionless. The case timeline, remaining instalments, fees and communication quality remain part of the evidence.
Keep a withdrawal ledger
Record request timestamp, amount, currency, payment rail, status changes, document submissions, support case numbers and the terms in force. Avoid cancelling a pending request simply because support suggests waiting; cancellation can return funds to a playable balance.
Escalation
Use the operator complaint process named in the applicable terms, then the verifiable licence complaint route. ACMA accepts reports concerning illegal supply but warns that Australian regulators may not recover withheld winnings.
Reader checklist
- Preserve the complete timeline.
- Confirm document receipt in writing.
- Do not merge one resolved case into a payout guarantee.
- Identify the legal entity before escalation.
